This is the stuff I have completed:
Kits for:
Premier League
Championship
Serie A
La Liga
La Liga 2
Primeira Liga
Bundesliga
All International Teams
So I have included kits for all clubs apart from Serie B who I can't find kits for. Fake teams, the teams that aren't based on real life clubs, are still kept at their default.
I have included the Bundesliga database that was included in the patch that is currently, at time of posting, stickied, so that is also included in this.
All names and badges are fixed, competitions too. All international players are also corrected.
All managers are correct for all clubs, though only the Premier League and La Liga have manager pictures.
Stadium names are correct for Premier League only, outside of clubs who have their stadiums in the game.
I have included the kits and Bundesliga content from the patches linked on here in the stickied posts and tried to make an all-in-one that has pretty much everything you need.
For example, the Reddit community pack was missing kits for Bundesliga and some other clubs. Also some other things.
I have tried to do the best I can so apologies if something is incorrect, for example font colour.
I hope you appreciate the effort and enjoy the patch.
It's made for PC users but I am sure PS4 users can make it work too.

Pes 2018 Ps 4 Bundesliga Patch
The file size is 1.62Gb
First, make sure you have the patch installed from Steam which you should have automatically. Then apply the Live data pack first before applying this pack. After you have applied the pack, do not use the live update again or you will lose the Bundesliga and the real international players.
Make a backup of your save file in the C:Users<yourname>DocumentsKONAMIPRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2018 folder somewhere else. Backups are always great to have but nothing should go wrong. Delete your save folder. Then unzip the save.7z file and put the save folder from that into the same folder you just deleted your save folder in (The C:Users<yourname>DocumentsKONAMIPRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2018 folder).
Then just load the game up and enjoy!

The files in this save should work on PS4 but you will probably have to manually edit them all in yourself. I don't have a PS4 so I cannot help on that front. Sorry.
